How do I use and manage templates?

Open Templates from the main navigation to start a study from a template or manage templates you saved yourself.

Create a study from a template

1. Open Templates.
2. Use All, Yours, or Curated to choose which templates to browse.
3. Select a template to open its preview.
4. Review the plan and change the new study’s name if needed.
5. Select Create study.

Fiuto creates a separate study. If the template includes blocks, it opens them in the editor. If it contains only a plan, it opens the Plan tab so you can review the plan before building. Changes to the study do not change the template.

Save a study as a template

1. Open the study you want to reuse.
2. Open the options menu in the study header.
3. Select Save as template.

The action is unavailable on an empty study and hidden when you do not have permission to edit it. Your new template appears under Yours and All.

Saved templates cannot be edited or renamed directly. Save the updated study as a new template, then delete the older one if you no longer need it.

Delete a saved template

Open Templates, switch to Yours, and select the template. Select Delete template in the preview.

Deleting a saved template

Fiuto deletes the template immediately. There is no confirmation step and no undo. Studies already created from it remain unchanged.

Curated templates cannot be deleted.
